Dat Boi Frog Classic Women’SDat Boi Frog Long SleevedDat Boi Frog Unisex SweatshirtDat Boi Frog Unisex HoodieClassic Men’SOur Heather CVC and Triblend tees are favorites among our customers—the special combination of blended fabrics make them some of the softest and most comfortable garments you can print on Dat Boi Frog T-shirt . But this mixing of cotton, polyester and rayon fibers also can create a challenge when it comes to screen printing, so we tend to get a log of questions on how to screen print on triblends and heather t-shirts. Since triblends have a mix between natural and synthetic fibers, screen printing on these types of garments can often have unpredictable or inconsistent results. This is because each of these fibers interact with certain screen printing inks differently. Cotton and other natural fibers have a higher heat tolerance and the ability to be discharged for a natural colored base, making them ideal for those who want only the softest screen prints. Polyester is durable, but you will run into issues with dye migration when you start raising the temperature above 320 degrees, whereas rayon is tricky because of it’s low heat-tolerance. Because these are some of the most popular garments types requested by customers, mastering the art of printing blends will put your shop at a big advantage. We consulted the experts at Ryonet to give you the tips and tools you need to feel confident about printing on our blends! Read their guest post below:Among all fabrics, cotton is traditionally regarded as the best fabric to screen print in Austin. This is due to its absorbent nature, which inherently means that it soaks up more ink and thus is a better substrate for screen printing on. While pure cotton has traditionally been favored, 50/50 blend Austin t-shirts are actually an ideal fabric to print on because they have cotton’s absorbent qualities but tend to be softer to the touch – important because a significant factor in determining whether you wear an article of clothing or consign it to your dresser drawer is whether or not it’s actually comfortable to wear. Great quality, but order a size up.
After an inspection of the clothing they appear to be made quite well. There were no openings in the seems, no loose/unraveling threads, no tears, or stains.
Unfortunately, even with measuring myself before ordering, they did not fit. I ordered medium, in accordance to their sizing chart, but it felt much too tight. Almost like it was trying to be a muscle shirt. So, order a size bigger and you should be good there.
Finally, I learned I don’t like “heavy cotton.” A lot of other reviewers said the fabric was soft. To me it was indeed heavy, too heavy, and was more roughly-textured that I expected. Not what I call soft.
I liked the quality of the construction though, and these issues ultimately shouldn’t count against the product itself. Size chart just needs some adjustment, and the fabric issues are just my own preferences.

Awesome shirts!
These shirts are great. There are many reviews stating that they are not heavyweight but they are much heavier than the regular ones. Also, I would order one size larger than normal because they do shrink in the wash. I purchased the white and they are very bright and not faded at all and unlike many T-shirt’s, they are not too narrow but just the right width. Definitely worth purchasing.
